18th APRIL 2010
THIRD SUNDAY OF EASTER

Jesus is our glorified Saviour.  We are called to share his glory.  By coming to know him we begin to see something of the eternal and perfect place he has prepared for us.

Welcome to Demi Marie Hannafin and Millie-Anne Hird, who are reborn in Christ through baptism and join us in the Universal Church.  Welcome, too, to their families and friends.

• Toilets are to the left out of the main door.
• Please let young children explore.
• Collection during the second hymn.

EASTER THOUGHT
How attuned are we to the presence of the Risen Christ with us each day?
We should be especially attuned during these days of Easter.  Jesus’ presence
infused the life of the early Church in a way which was tangible to the first Christians.
Participation in the daily life of the church will make us more keenly aware of Christ
in all that we do.  Then we shall become better and more effective witnesses among the people of our own day.
