YOUTH GROUP meets at 6.00pm today in school.
PLEASE NOTE the times for worship this week, the very heart of the year. Do make a really special effort to participate fully, and especially on Maundy Thursday (7.30pm), Good Friday (3.00pm) and Holy Saturday (8.30pm).
HOLY WEEK leaflets, which give full details of the week, should be taken today.
HOLY WEEK POSTERS These are in very short supply this year, but we have a few. Do display one in your front window, as a simple act of witness.
MAUNDY THURSDAY WATCH Thank you to all who have signed up so far. More names would be very welcome, though – decide to pray with Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane.

EASTER LILIES There is a list for anyone wishing to contribute to their cost. Remember…use a GIFT AID envelope if you pay tax, and mark it ‘Easter lilies’. Thank you.
HELP NEEDED with getting the church ready for Easter. Saturday morning from 9.30am. Any help will be much appreciated. Many hands really do make light work.
PLEASE PRAY FOR our readers, servers, choir and organist, sacristan and for those who clean the church and prepare linen and flowers. They all work very hard during Holy Week and we appreciate all their efforts.
THE RECENT QUIZ NIGHT in school raised £109. Thank you to all helpers and to those who supported it.

HOLY WEEK is our annual celebration of the Paschal Mystery, the ‘break-through’ without which there would be no reason for the existence of the Church at all. God, of his infinite goodness, broke the power of death over man, in the event we call the Redemption. In this week, we recall the history of our redemption and the form it took in the Person of the Saviour
