Parish Notices

Thank you to everyone who put on and contributed towards the parish lunch last Sunday when Bishop Philip was with us.  All the hard work was much appreciated – and the hospitality was excellent!

The Funeral Service for Mary Rumer RIP takes place at Lancaster & Morecambe Crematorium on Tuesday at 2.00pm.

Adoration Thursday 6.45 – 7.10pm.

Epiphany Gifts There is the opportunity, as in recent years, to donate towards the cost of the consumables we use in church during the year (e.g. lamps, candles, altar bread, wine, incense). This has been very successful in the past, so let’s replicate this for 2018 as we share in the generosity of the Magi, who came with gifts to adore the infant King.

Susan Garth has lost an umbrella.  It was taken recently from the porch.  If you’ve borrowed it from the stand, or taken it in error, please return it quietly!

Readers Please collect your readings from the sacristy.
